So, my family got a DVR system and it was amazing! I can record shows, pause, rewind, fastforward... all that great stuff! I can even kill TV shows with it
ya... DVR and Tivo are killing television shows... Ratings are going down because people dont feel like taking time out of their day to sit down and watch episodes when they air... Great shows are dieing because people want to watch them whenever they feel like it...
I'm not saying DVR and Tivo are bad though! Its great to rewatch shows over and over... but take the time to watch the show live... when it airs... Dont let great shows die...
This little angermoment fits with my drawing Save Season 5. We have to watch our favorite shows when they air so they can keep running for years to come~!
Lots o' love to everybody!

The only other thing is to make the networks see that shows are being Tivo'd and recorded and understand that they can't cancell shows based on rating anymore. They're gonna have to find another reason. They are probably a bunch of old men who dont even kno how to work tivos and dvrs and dont understant that tv-media is changing! and to slash a show based on ratings is a bunch of bull. If they had a way to maybe see how many people are recording it and then see then it might be okay! They just don't think anymore. But i also agree that fans need to (if it is what it takes) watch it at the original airing to boost the ratings so their fave shows dont die! >_<
wow.... fun ranting with ya tippy! XD
